I love the tiles! The service was great. Brad for the win! We had no heat and the phone wouldn’t call the front desk, but he was amazing! No heat in one of rooms! We slept in our coats. Just glad it wasn’t the room my 85 year old mom was in.

The art installations. Coffee mug had red lipstick on it (not clean) room wasn’t cleaned between the two nights, the window gave on a wall. The desk staff was polite but not particularly friendly or avenant.

The location was right across from the theater, where I wanted to see Hamilton. The hotel has a very nice fitness center, and the spa was excellent. The food in the restaurant wasn't to my taste.
