Our room was absolutely fantastic, beautiful views and very comfortable! The broken elevator was an inconvenience. The wait only using one elevator was long for everyone (at check-in, evening, morning, etc...). Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the roof top bar experience or the lobby bar experience after our event because when we returned to the hotel (around 11pm), the roof top closed due to weather and the lobby bar told us they were not serving anymore guest even though multiple people were still at the bar finishing up their drinks. We just wanted a quick night cap to enjoy the hotel.

The staff is so courteous and kind. Loved the kitchen and amenities made it feel more like an apartment. Very clean. Close enough to walk to Great American Ballpark. Every single person working there was kind and went above and beyond to help. Nothing. Would stay again.
