The hotel set up was nice. Being attached to the mall and having the arcade and pool options where nice. The room wasn't very clean, my kids slept on the pull out couch (the mattress was stained). The carpet is in need of a serious clean and maintenance. The shower door wouldn't stay close and leaked water everywhere. The pool area is in need of a serious renovation. Water was filthy. Kids were blatantly disobeying pool rules and the staff did nothing about it.

The toilet seat was broken, there was mold on the bathroom floor by shower, shoe marks on the wall in the bathroom that looked like someone repeatedly tried kicking. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The room door handle was falling off. This place needs serious remodeling and cleaning. The pool was closed due to unsanitary conditions.

The property was in a great location inside the mall The property was fine. They need additional staff. We arrived at 6pm and our room wasn’t ready. We were tired from traveling and was ready to relax. The room was still dirty once we got it. Not happy and they didn’t have any other rooms available.
