The room was comfortable, the beds were nice. Hot tub was cold - it was about 80°. Check-in was a mess - website said it was pet friendly but booking.com didn't show extra fees. I called hotel and person on phone told me $30 Xtra for dogs, but he didn't tell me only king rooms could have pets, whereas we had 2 queens.

The room was comfortable, the bed was nice which in a hotel is a big plus The hotel was a bit run down, showing its age. My husband was looking forward to the hot tub which was being repaired during our one night stay so he didn't get to use it

The bedding was comfortable and the bathroom had a modern mirror. The shower products were a good brand. The front desk guy was very good. The hotel is in the process of renovating and it looks nice. The pool area was usable which is where we focused for kids to play. The location is close to the mall for shopping. I liked the tokens and used them for bottled water. The shower products in my room were empty, and in the next room, my friend's tv and phone were not working. The breakfast left something to be desired, with no cream cheese for the bagels, and the biscuits were undercooked. The crew was building new furniture in the pool area, so all the current chairs were pushed to the side. It made it hard to sit facing each other but we didn't mind. We did mind the manager yelling at our kids for using an inflatable-looking couch as a float. He could have made his point more kindly.
