Everyone here is so nice and friendly. My 9 yr old son had so much fun playing in the pool and making new friends. Glass was broken at the pool and no one cleaned it all up. Our bed was not clean and had to ask 3x for it to be changed and then we ask to do it ourself because they housekeeping was off and forgot to come and do it. This was the 3x we stayed here and the only time we had to deal with something like this.

I love the beds being comfy The fact that the tub didn't drain. The ac couldn't keep up with the heat. The breakfast was mainly a grab and go. That on booking.com u have the option of late check out but when u get to the hotel they tell u it doesn't exist. Check is and always will be 11 am. Oh and unless you get a suite you didn't get a microwave.Also the door doesn't seal properly.

Location was fine as the wedding was in Weaverville. Breakfast was good once we learned how to use the waffle iron. Amazing that it is self sufficient once everything is assembled. Sam was very helpful. beds too high.
