* The hotel was very clean and appeared to have been recently refurbished, giving it a fresh and modern feel. * The room had good amenities and everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. * Breakfast was decent, with the usual selection of hot items, waffles and other continental options. It covered the basics well. * There were both water refill stations and ice machines available, which was really convenient. * Guests have access to an indoor swimming pool and gym. These facilities are located in the neighbouring Best Western hotel, and while it’s a bit of a walk, they were easy e * The breakfast could have offered a better selection of fresh fruit. * The pool doesn’t open until 10:00 am, so if you’re hoping for a swim before checking out, that’s unfortunately not possible. * Our room was quite noisy during the night because of the guests in the room next door. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. * The hotel is a little way from downtown Asheville, so it’s not the best choice if you want to be in the heart of the city. However, it’s a great stopover hotel, with plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby.

Good breakfast When we got there our reservation was not in the system so the guy at the desk charged my card When my email came through from booking.com the charge was wrong by 12 or 13 dollars. When checking out the guy at front desk gave me a receipt that had the right price on it but my card was charged the higher price. He said I would get a refund but it never showed up on my account. The breakfast was really good! Yeny, the breakfast host, did an excellent job keeping food fresh and the dining area clean. Very impressed! Parking spaces are fairly small and many people had large tru ks taking up multiple spaces.
