Did not like the seating area for brekafast. Breakfast was ok not great. Lady named Sam at checkin was wonderful we were not told that we would not have cleaning services. we checked in on a Friday late afternoon. GOne all day Saturday. Got back Saturday night and bed not made; garbage not emptied and bath towels still on floor. Called the front desk and was told claening ie every other day. Requested two new towels and never received them!

Food was excellent. Location too. The television didn’t work. It took me two phone calls at a decent interval to follow up. Then after that, but again after some wait, someone came. The person on the other line was apologetic and respectful but maybe just a follow up confirmation that someone was coming and just held up somewhere would have been helpful.
