It was cheap. The beds were comfortable. There was a fridge, which was helpful. It was old, door lock didn't work well. There was duct tape on the lock. The furniture was old and stained. The toilet stuffed easily. When I asked the front desk for a plunger, he said there should be one by the vending machines, my room was right by the vending machines, there was no plunger. The front desk guy was too lazy to get off his chair, he said, "I'll send the girl when she gets here." The shower was broken and difficult to use. It was either freezing cold or boiling hot, nothing in between. It was kind of a dump, but it served the purpose.

location near Garden State Pkwy Grounds were in poor shape. Room numbering very confusing. Had no hot water, light by the bed had a dead lightbulb and the TV remote did not work. After calling the front desk the maintenance person came and turned on the TV, but did not fix the problem so that later, I could not use the TV. He switched bulbs with another in the room...and I didn't realize there was not hot water till later in the evening...NOT GOOD customer service!

I like the fact they had a tv where you can go on YouTube. Room is very spacious and clean. Since there’s a refrigerator I think hotel in general should atleast offer small bottles of water especially if there’s a coffee maker in the room or tea bags.
