Excellent staff, great service, fabulous room (we asked for a view, and got it!?), helpful information, good coffee options, large bathroom and comfortable bed. 4 min walk from E blue metro. Close to Central park. Quiet. There was nothing to not like !! It was quite pricey BUT so is everywhere in NYC and we decided it was worth the money.
