Price, but you get what you pay for. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the ceiling had a huge are of water stain and cracks. The bathroom had obvious signs of water damage, paint on the walls was sluffed downward, the ceiling was peeling apart in large areas above the shower.

The staff was the best thing about my stay. My room wasn't cleaned well, dry soap on the sink counter. The sink was plugged. The desk and nightstand were not wiped clean, they were sticky. One of the beds in the room had a dip in the mattress.
