Check-in staff was friendly, room was generally nice. Shower was hot with good pressure It should be stated clearly when booking that parking is going to be an extra $19.50 for the night. We were told at check-in that this fee would be waived, but then we were charged it at check-out in the morning. I would have chosen different accommodations if I had known I'd be charged that for parking a block away from the hotel. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower didn't work, which was rather inconvenient to find out when I was already in the shower. The usb ports in the desk didn't work, so I couldn't charge my phone. I should have remembered a charging block, but it woul

Friendly check-in. Great "fun" location. I'm a "preservationist" so the hotel is a classic I'd recommend. My only negative was that being solo (and it was explained somewhere), the room was "European-style" meaning smaller. But loved the vibes of the classic building. Room could have been a little bigger. The shower is neat with all of the sprays BUT trying to figure how to turn on the water took a little figuring out.
