Breakfast was amazing.Breakfast staff was awesome. I arrived at 1pm and staff said that room wasn't ready.I understood. I told her that I would sit on the chairs in front of the checkin desk and would wait until she told me room was ready.I waited 2 hours and she didn't even glance in my direction.At about 3 10 or so I went up to check in desk and asked her if room was ready.I swear she had dementia.She acted like she had never seen me before.She seemed lifeless and just not responsive to life around her.I also had to ask for water.No mention regarding amenities.No mention of wifi status or pool or breakfast.Sure explained to other kind of fol

I always choose Embassy Suites for downtown stays because of the glass elevators. They don't give me panic attacks like steel boxes. The staff at this location was welcoming and eager to please. This property's bathrooms are showing wear. I had 4 rooms and all had slightly shabby bathrooms.
