We had a really good stay here. The hotel is beautiful, and the lobby is a great place to hang out, especially in the evening when they have someone playing live music. It was a nice touch. The rooms were big and clean, and the beds were actually super comfortable. The only downsides were the parking and the initial setup of the room. There’s no self-parking nearby, so you have to use the valet. Also, even though I booked for a family of four, the sofa bed wasn't ready and we didn't have enough towels. We had to ask three times to get it sorted, which was a bit of a pain after a long day. But honestly, it was a minor thing compared to how much we enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very polite and we’d definitely stay here again

The location was SUPER CONVENIENT for the concert we were attending, and the hotel was BEAUTIFUL! As I walked into the hotel, I just felt super grounded and refreshed. Our room was very clean and I loved the layout of the bedroom and the bathroom was SUPER NICE to get ready in :) Scheduling mishaps due to overbooking and extra charges, but the service desk did great at making sure we still had a room no matter what. Parking was a bit confusing but once you find the parking garage it's pretty convenient

Staff was great - I was on the 8th floor and the room was very quiet (I was there for the Duke's City marathon) and was able to get a good night's sleep. I self parked in the garage next to the hotel. As a single woman, I didn't feel safe going to the garage. I recommend using the valet service.

Location was great and staff were very attentive! The facility was beautiful. I think that this room was much smaller than we predicted. Had I a better sense of how small the room would be AND that the view was of...well...nothing, I would have booked elsewhere.
