We traveled all the way from Alaska, and our flight landed at 6:30 AM. We were incredibly grateful that the front desk accommodated us with a complimentary early check-in, allowing us to rest after a long journey instead of waiting until the afternoon. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and conveniently located near the convention center. Since our return flight was in the evening, we also appreciated the complimentary luggage storage, which allowed us to enjoy the rest of our day without having to carry our bags. The s The resort fee and taxes added up to more than we expected, and food and drinks inside the resort were quite expensive. The property is also very large, so be prepared for a fair amount of walking. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the W Tower at Mandalay Bay. Our room was on the 21st floor with a beautiful view of the airport and part of the Luxor Hotel, which was especially nice in the evening. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. We also loved the pools, the resort facilities, and the convenient location on the Las Vegas Strip. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable Overall, we were very satisfied. The room was clean, but the sofa in the living area had some noticeable stains, and the coffee table had visible marks and fingerprints from previous guests. These were only minor housekeeping details that could be improved. Everything else met or exceeded our expectations

The lazy river and wave pool were so much fun and a total necessity during the day to fight the heat! Also so cool that you can park at other hotels with your room card, wow!! The reception felt a slight bit scripted and robotic. Hard to understand when you aren't already familiar with the script and if English is not your mother tongue

Close to the stadium Check in is a mess. Room wasn’t even ready . We waited a long time after our check in time to even get a room. Wife had to do her hair and make up in the lobby. Since the concert was starting. Offered no discount or even a free drink. That kind of stuff goes a long way.

Waiting for elevator. The hotel and eateries should come up with plans to accommodate large number of visitors When the hotel knows a large convention is booked at their hotel. The wait times for services was terrible!!!

Adult only pool. Pool options. Clean. Comfy. Kids swimming in lazy river. Should have to be on a float. It cost to use the fridge that is provided in the room… There was not side tables on BOTH sides of the bed.

It was overall amazing and a lot of good things to do The bed was a little too hard. The water for the shower and bathtub was too hot and we had to let it run for about 10 minutes before it started to cool down

It was a beautiful hotel, nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool area too. We got a cabana which was a bit overpriced but allowed us to be outside all day in over 100 degree weather. We have two young boys and they would have not been able to beat...
