Hilton Vacation Club Cancun Resort Las Vegas

Good clean and comfortable stay. We liked that it was close to airport, Outlet shopping not far from Chinatown and lots of other Good restaurants. We also really enjoyed the pool. I didn't really like that we were trying to be sold future holidays at other resorts which required a 90 minute hotel tour the following day. I understand it was marketing, but was a bit much when we hadn't even stepped into our room and had just finished checking in . And we hadn't even stayed one night- which for me was a better indicator if we would book future stays, with the hotel. We were only staying one night, so maybe it would have worked, been appropriate if we were staying longer. In saying all of this, we did enjoy the hotel and would definitely stay again.

Room with a view of the pool is always excellent. I didn't get my room clean but I was able to get towel service every day. Pool was open till 10pm which was a nice surprise. Life guards were a joke, although they did not limit the fun like some years and allowed the family to have fun in the pool, I would not trust them jumping in to save you. Overall...it was a great stay. Having to schedule service. Lifeguards were questionable.

Was comfortable quiet and clean. Having a sitting area separate from the bedrooms was very nice along with having a full kitchen The TV guide was worthless. Most of the channels were not populated with information. The kitchen was stocked but with limited quantities of plates and silverware so that your choice was to wash dishes by hand or run a dishwasher that is only partially full

I like the comfort of the beds and the pool. I didn't like how the there weren't any walk in showers in the room. I had to climb into the high tub. I expected the room to have a few more cooking supplies. Like the other Hilton I stayed in. Also, I feel like you are pressured to go to the Timeshare meeting.
