We loved the pools and hot tubs! Everything was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was good and enjoyed having staff there to serve. All staff members we encountered we friendly and helpful.

I liked the location Our room wasn't cleaned, the only thing they did was put fresh towels in there and cups and take out the trash. They didn't clean the floors and they didn't make the beds. I've stayed in the past and had very good service this time. The employees were not as nice. Also, I found out that the ticket prices that we bought at the counter were higher than what we could've bought at the actual place and it's described as a discount. I'm also currently overcharged by $60 and waiting to see if it drops off of my bank account.
