1 good thing, I needed a few copies & the receptionist that came later did them for me for free! Location was good. Upon check in the receptionist hardly knew English. He motioned for me to take a seat & then took the guy behind me?!?! After he was done I asked if there was a problem. He did not understand = take a seat, 10 minutes, 10 minutes!? So 20 minutes later another guy comes in. I asked if there was a problem & why he checked the guy behind me 1st. He explained that he paid online & the agent didn't know how to do a pay once you got there?!? So I go to my room & they is no T.V remote & no trash can. In the morning the microwave didn't work, they were out of syrup, the orange juice was a strange colo

The night auditor was nice and really tried to accommodate us. The location was awesome and I booked it because of the name recognition. But if this is the product they're putting out, shame on them! The room was old and the lamps didn't work. The bathtub didn't look clean. It had not been dusted or swept in centuries. It was not well kept as a property. It truly needs serious renovation. The bed made a noise like lying on top of a filing cabinet every time I moved.

It was right next to a really yummy seafood restaurant For how nice the main office looked you would think they would take that much pride in how their rooms looked. The bathroom was awful the toilet was coming off if you leaned a certain way it shifted under your weight. We wouldn't even take a shower in the one their in the room as it looked in rough shape. And I've never seen beds with metal bases like this every time you moved it made noise it was ridiculous
