The breakfast was pretty good. The fact that a family room was available was great. It allowed my family to stay together. Most hotels require families to pay for two rooms. The price of our room was reasonable. The pool water was way too cold so we didn’t get to enjoy it like we planned. The pool and our room could use a more thorough cleaning. The TV in our room had three bright spots on the screen, which was annoying. I liked that the TV had USB and HDMI ports so we could plug in our Roku stick and watch our own streaming services, but the WiFi was so bad at times that the streams wouldn’t load. The fridge in the room would take forever to get drinks cold so I would put them on ice instead, BUT the ice machine on our floor (3rd floor) didn’t work and there wasn’t one on the second floor so I had to

They had very friendly staff and it was in a convenient location. First off our room leaked on the second day, we had to ultimately switch rooms and we were there for a baseball tournament and another family switched rooms and it also leaked. So at least 3 rooms were pouring water in from the windows. Second, the doors were extremely hard to close and open to the bathrooms. Third, the pool needs some serious maintenance. My son had paint chips all over his body and it was very murky and cloudy. Breakfast was mediocre. They ran out of stuff both mornings, and not a lot to offer but I have had worse options, or none at all. The rooms looked nice but in our sec

I liked the beautiful front desk room And I appreciated the free breakfast. I liked they lay out of our rooms. The sofa and table gave a nice hang out , relax feel that allowed us to feel comfortable and able to move around. The pool area was unkept ei. No clean towels, wet dirty towels all over the place, pool looked murky and there were puddles of water every where. The back door doesn’t close or lock. Breakfast ends at 9am so if you’d appreciate sleeping in a bit this breakfast plan will not allow it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was not clean. My daughter got in the pool and it made her clothes smell like rotten eggs. I could not keep them in the room. Staff stated it was a salt water pool and it wasn't clean the day before.
