The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I appreciated the level of darkness I could get in the room at night - makes it easier to sleep in a strange bed. Breakfast was OK, but a little carb-heavy. Maybe an additional fruit option, not just the saran wrapped apples. Also, the plastic cutlery was awfully flimsy
