We were very pleased with food quality. We had dinner and breakfast. Very nice to have an individually cooked breakfast rather than a buffet. Shuttle was helpful as we were coming from airport. Better signage at airport for pickup would have been helpful. All staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Pool closed for maintenance, to bad. We were not sure at airport where to wait for your shuttle or how frequently it ran. Better signage at airport would have been helpful.

The customer service, the size of the room. The police was called multiple times because a man who did not have a room was watching and talking to women in the pool and he tried obtaining my number and begged for a hug and stated “can I touch you, can I grab that” referring to sexual gestures

Great location for a 6am flight. Easy to get to and very grateful for the 330am shuttle. Restaurant was also very good. Granola bars for breakfast was a pleasant surprise since we missed the real breakfast.
