Shuttle was ok. However, be sure to walk to section of underground parking to be in hotel shuttle pick up area. Shuttle will not pick you up where car rental shuttle's do pickups. Floors seemed dirty. Carpet either needs to be cleaned or replaced. Bath amenities were cheap and had a unpleasant smell. Breakfast was so-so.

Average american hotel - there is nothing outstanding about it. Comfy beds, well groomed room. the breakfast: just apples, 1 type of bread and bagels. Omelet was good but there is nothing beyound the average american breakfast.

Management was very accommodating for a very late check in. Breakfast options were limited. No fresh fruit and minimal bakery items.
