Shuttle was ok. However, be sure to walk to section of underground parking to be in hotel shuttle pick up area. Shuttle will not pick you up where car rental shuttle's do pickups. Floors seemed dirty. Carpet either needs to be cleaned or replaced. Bath amenities were cheap and had a unpleasant smell. Breakfast was so-so.
