The staff was friendly The jacuzzi was basically a bathtub with jets but it did fit two people.”

Availability was good and the breakfast was nice. There was mold in the shower in my room and the heater/AC unit didn't really blow air out. Next, the staff was told a kid puked in the pool it remained open and people were in it the rest of the night. They were informed by me the next day and the morning staff wasn't told about the incident and still nothing was done. Even before that the pool looked cloudy and didn't smell right. I don't like the new way hotels are putting shampoo and conditioner and body soap in the shower in big tubes but that's happening at a lot of places lately.

Staff was nice and location was too Original rooms assigned to us we not cleaned or ready. Beds were not made, bathrooms were not cleaned. Staff had to put us in different rooms that had been cleaned but they were not next to each other as they other rooms were. We also had to have 2 queens instead of one king.

Location It felt dirty (carpet), and many aspects needed repair - cracked sink basin, chipped or worn furnishings, towels were paper thin and hard to come by. Minimal amenities - stingy with soap/shampoo and poor quality. Just overall dissapointing for a Radisson property.

I liked the location. There is obviously an issue with housekeeping doing their job. There were many people asking for refunds when I checked in. Definitely need to check under beds when cleaning. Breakfast starts kind of late for people who have to get up early.

Convenience Room situation was mixed up. Given keys to a room that a repair man was in and had to go back to get another room. Had a couple of grasshoppers in the room
