The price and location. Friendliness of staff. That the indoor pool was closed and was not disclosed on the website. We book hotels that have indoor pools for my kids. Very upset we didnt know and would have gone elsewhere.

Have extra pillows Reimbursed me easily when the vending machine stole my money Knocked on my door woke me up to clean the room early. Where very loud nearby couldn't sleep afterwards. TV didn't work.

It was clean- bed was good and the shower was great! The first thing we encountered was a sign saying the pool was closed indefinitely. It didn’t say that in the booking.☹️

Nice staff, great breakfast. Pool was solid Not worth the price. Red roof inn across the street makes a rough crowd take over the parking lot. Ants in the room

Good location and quiet. Ultra processed breakfast foods. I'm a health nut so not that interesting for me. Bedframe was a little noisy

The pool and pool room were quite cool in temperature. The hotel appears to be dated.
