Property fine, comfortable, rooms a little small but fine Unfair review really as not about property per se. We were coming to end of 10 day tour and had budgeted accordingly, had already payed but when giving credit card at reception payment was mistakenly taken out again and we were informed this could not immediately be refunded. Manager on call did contact head office who dismissed being refunded immediately. This stay was around the end of May and as yet we have not received refund. It left us short of funds during our stay. We were offered a meal voucher but didn’t see email till we were checking out

Centrally located to the restaurants & shops and to the Naval Academy. The lady that checked us in was very helpful giving us restaurant recommendations and the young gentlemen working the valet counter were extremely helpful & nice. Our room was quite small. It would be helpful to have a bar in the bathroom to hang up a hand towel. There were no hand towels just washcloths & very small bath towels. I found a dark hair in the shower & some mold in the area between the grout closest to the head of the shower. The price for parking/valet is very steep @ $50 per night.

the beds were comfortable and the location was great Our hotel door wouldn’t open and after phoning the front desk ( which is in another building a few blocks away) for over 30 minutes with no response , we had to walk back to check in building to get help. The valet came back with us and had to put all his weight in to get the door to open. We were offered no compensation and although we asked to speak with a manager, no one ever responded.

Conveniently located, to free bus. Staff was cordial and personable. Check in parking is a mess. You check in at one location than you need to park a few blocks from the hotel where you are staying and transport your luggage from there. Shower could be dangerous for elderly.
