Great location, 20 minutes walking distance to Maine Street, State Capital, restaurants, bars and museums. Friendly and responsive staff. Good size room, very clean. Parking is inadequate. Very limited number of non-Valet spaces available, we had to squeeze into the only two available (2 guest rooms, two cars); but first had to wait to get to the garage because driveway was blocked by cars waiting for valet. Conveniently located and the room was comfortable. Mini fridge did not work and was full of water. We let front desk staff know when we checked in but never heard anything back before we checked out.

Great location. Good value. Helpful staff. Our mini fridge wasn’t operating and leaking water. The sheets had something on them.

It has an excellent location. The room was comfortable, had a good size and had a beautiful bathroom. It does not have a pool.

The pillows need to be changed out. The bedding also needs to be changed out, there were threads pulling out of the coverlet.

The front desk staff when I arrived at 11 am with a question only about the parking said, we have your room ready now if you like. Wow, 4 hours before check in time, that was a first and it wasn’t even requested but was so appreciated.
