The location, very clean and attentive staff. House is pretty and kept in great condition. The garden suite is actually in the basement and there is no warning of that. This "suite" is over priced. While it is nice to have the space, there is one AC unit for the whole basement and no vents in the bedrooms. Therefore you need to blast the AC in the living room leaving that room freezing and hope the air gets to your bedroom. The bedrooms then need to be slept with the door open. There is a grinder pump that goes off and is super loud. Basement is obviously also dark and you need lights on during the day. The breakfast was the same every day with the options being just a waffle, panca

Staff and location are excellent, as is the ease of checking in, etc. Breakfeast adaquet. Should have fresh squeeze oj. Would be nice to have WSJ or NYT on site. Bathrooms are outstanding and we enjoy to atmosphere of the property. Would recommend to anyone. We will be back! See above.
