It is a perfect location when going to a concert The gentleman at the front desk was amazing ! The first time we visited our toillet did not work &we had difficulty trying to have someone fix it ,,, we had 4 women ,so it was an issue ! Eventually was remedied after multiple calls , This last visit the room air conditioning was working poorly , the room was hot &stuffy.

Hotel price was fair when compared to other hotels in the area but they all are so expensive. Staff was great. Location was great. I mentioned to a waitress that I think you should change the suggested tips. We eat out a lot and I never see 15% anymore. I think suggestions should be higher.

Clean, all staff encountered were very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Only one elevator was working. Treadmill in gym has been out of service for over a month.

It was clean The temperature control is locked. My family and I were sweating in the hotel room. We didn’t get any sleep for 3 days.

The location and staff was wonderful! I wouldn’t say I didn’t like anything actually. I’d stay again if ever back in the area.

The hotel was clean, it had a casino which can be some fun. It is quite a walk from downtown but that didn't bother us.

Loved the casino and the vibe most of the staff were friendly! however, I did run into a few staff that seemed very annoyed and like they hated their life that made it very uncomfortable for us who were trying to have a good time

The staff was the best part of the whole stay. My room wasn't bad. Time to update the carpet and a microwave would be great. Beds were OK too

We were there for Husson’s graduation and it was perfect for us since it was across the street.
