It is a perfect location when going to a concert The gentleman at the front desk was amazing ! The first time we visited our toillet did not work &we had difficulty trying to have someone fix it ,,, we had 4 women ,so it was an issue ! Eventually was remedied after multiple calls , This last visit the room air conditioning was working poorly , the room was hot &stuffy.

Hotel price was fair when compared to other hotels in the area but they all are so expensive. Staff was great. Location was great. I mentioned to a waitress that I think you should change the suggested tips. We eat out a lot and I never see 15% anymore. I think suggestions should be higher.
