“My favorite thing about this place was the dog path thru the wildflower field. What a great place to watch the sunset while walking the pup. The staff was nice and helpful. Even though I did not require my room to be cleaned while I was there, the cleaning staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, always saying hi if they saw me in the hall and checking to see if I had everything I needed. The breafast was decent every morning. They always have a wide selection of items including my favorite tea. The pillows and blankets are very cozy and the room was nice and spacious. The pool and hot tub were good to have after long days of hiking. I saw some complain about the loud AC units, but those things kick serious but and the hum is steady that it creates the perfect white noise for sleeping. Best Western is a great choice for what it is - a travelers hotel used for a 1 or 2 night stopover. Clean, spacious, good breakfast with a lot of hot and cold options, friendly staff. Would stay again if in the area.
