There were also plenty of highlights. The staff at the Rib Room, The Three Maries, and the pool were all exceptional. The Jazz Brunch band was outstanding, and I'm surprised it wasn't busier. The hotel's central location was fantastic, and the pool area was beautiful, relaxing, and incredibly convenient. Cookie from room service was an absolute gem, and Troy at the bar was wonderfully accommodating he also made an excellent Hugo Spritz. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and most of the staff were friendly. However, there were a few aspects of the service that didn't meet the standard I would expect from a highly rated four-star hotel. The housekeeping schedule was particularly unusual. We stayed for four nights, and our room was not serviced once during our stay. We eventually had to call room service to request fresh towels because we weren't sure whether we had misunderstood the housekeeping policy. I love the location. I enjoyed the staff from reception to the bar to the jazz lounge staff, and their restaurants. I love the lobby space—the court yard area, the lobby sitting areas, the open bar areas, and enormous bay windows. I love the Three Marie Jazz spot. I love the ease of traveling to different orleans streets. I love the hotel lobby bathrooms and the level of care and attention of these areas all the time. I love the quietness of our hotel room hallway and our rooms. My wish list: I wish the hotel rooms had larger bathrooms and the bath tubs/shower heads were updated. I wish room service and the kitchen hours were until midnight. I wish check out was at noon. This is a wish list. Everything at the Omni was suitable for my needs and what I was looking for a weekend. And the staff and service were enjoyable; I would stay there again whether these wishes were granted in the future.

This one is clear, the location is amazing! So close to all the French Quarter wonders. The vibe is kind of spooky and I liked that. The king suite is very spacious. The rooftop area is super nice. The balcony in our suite was adorable and the bed was comfy if you like a soft bed. We booked a suite and in the website there’s no specification of having rooms wheelchair accessible or not. The bathrooms (we had two) were extremely small. The public bathrooms from the floor were always locked. There is a lift inside that can take you from the lobby to the front door and when we asked to use it, we were always told it did not work. I had to go from my room to the garage to around the whole building to make it to the front door. But the lift works, as the guy in the restaurant helped me use it during my last day. Great location - walking distance to everything. The hotel looks gorgeous with a nice small pool area to escape the heat. The staff were incredibly friendly - could not fault the staff. The air-conditioning was awful. It literally felt like stepping into a sauna when we entered the room. We requested to move rooms and it was even worse in the next room so we gave up. We requested a portable fan to cool the room but it took 24 hours for the fan to arrive at our room, and then it did not cool the room at all. If you are a hot sleeper, this hotel is not for you.

Perfect location, beautiful and clean facilities. We could walking around easily to see attractions and go to nice restaurants. I like the small convenience store for some early coffee and pastries. The only thing I could say I didn’t like it is that we didn’t have space to store our toiletries in the bathroom/sink, but nothing that would depreciate the hotel.
