This hotel is under a major renovation. I was in a newly remodeled room which was nice, but a few shortcomings. There were alive and dead stink bugs, a coffee machine but no coffee pods, and no closet with an iron, ironing board and hangers. I requested these items and they were promptly provided. No breakfast but to-go bags and they did have fresh coffee. A quality check on the room before people check in. Dead bugs, no coffee pods and certain usual amenities missing like hangers and ironing items. Very nice staff. Look forward to staying again when all remodeling is complete.

1. Walk out patio from the room on the first floor right into the parking lot. 2. Easy access right off the main beltway around Lexington but you can't hear the traffic at all......rather surprising. 1. The biggest issue is that it needs a face lift. Paint, carpeting, freshen the bathroom and it would be great. 2. The keys kept getting deactivated. I was issued 2 keys, one did not work initially. I got it reset and then the next morning neither key worked........I think the front desk programmed it for a single night and we were staying 2 nights.

A couple small cosmetic deficencies but still nice. Worth the money. However; the security door at entrance B was broken. Upstairs vending machine was completely empty and shutdown. The down stairs vending was full but did not accept payment by cash or card. So that was a little annoying, but the overall stay was nice. I would stay again. Vending Machines were not accessible.

I like how new the room felt and I enjoyed the full size soaps and stuff. Oh and I like that I didnt have to put down a deposit. Bathroom was not plump person friendly, found a receipt by coffee stuff, we had a lovely balcony that was only accessible via climbing out the window. It was odd.
