The person at the reception was polite. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and sauna; the website did not indicate that they were out of order. Without the pool and sauna, the hotel is useless. My reservation clearly stated that there were two of us, yet they only provided toiletries for one person. When I spoke to the housekeeper and explained that there were two of us, the very next day she once again left toiletries for only one person. She simply ignored my request.

The room was not clean and there was stuff left in there from the previous guest. The wall had a hole and I was not informed of this before upon checking in. Which I took pictures and spoke with the front desk about the situation. That the room was not clean and that I was not told about the hole in the wall before check in

The hotel was nice the staff very friendly. Breakfast was good. The ac was wonkey and the fridge didn't work. Parking lot always crammed tight. With the construction going on out on the road. We were putt in back of hotel. I liked that but the parking lot was always full.
