I arrived after 3pm for check in and they stated that the cleaning staff had not made it to the third floor yet, So they upgraded me from a king room to a king suite on the 2nd floor. They were very professional and very nice.

Breakfast was very good; room temp was too cold for me and hard to regulate but that was better than too hot. couple with two young kids did not know how to keep them quiet.
