The price and the free breakfast. With the number of other hotels in those area, I would suggest choosing one of those and paying an extra $20... You won't regret it! Our baseball team stayed here two separate weekends, and neither stay was a good experience. The first stay they gave us a room that had not been cleaned, and then said we could stay at their sister hotel down the street instead of finding another room in the hotel for us. The second stay our room smelled terribly musty/moldy.

I liked the size of the room and the extremely comfortable bed. The room had a weird smell to it and the two air conditioners weren't strong enough to cool the entire room down - the lowest they went was 66 and we were still sweating all night.
