Location to our venue. Dunkin, store and gas close by. Staff was friendly. Beds comfortable. Easy check in Breakfast was so so. Older building so felt price was too high for accommodations. Some odd pending charges on my credit card that I hope adjusts to correct agreed upon through booking.com
