Spacious, renovated rooms. Comfortable beds. Incredibly clean. Plenty of parking. Good location near Kona town. Although we booked through booking.com, this is a timeshare-type property, and we could have done without the strong sales pitch upon check-in. That said, the staff were nice and courteous. Not ocean front/ocean view.
