I forgot the gentleman who helped my friend and I at the concierge, we talked about Bali but the service was exceptional. He was very kind and welcoming. Thank you The toilet wasn’t working ,the maintenance fixed it but it stopped working and no one ever fixed it after mentioning it

The design of the room was very unique. The pool area was very nice and for our 25th wedding anniversary they provided wine, chocolate covered strawberries which was nice. The shower unit was excellent.
