I liked the attentiveness of the staff. The front desk and valet attendant Ben and co workers were very professional and they were very accommodating. The restaurant was called the Riggsby; food was delicious and our waiter JP made sure our dining experience was outstanding. The cleaning staff were very accomdatong. Cleanliness of the room was definitely above average. The King sized bed was comfortable and allowed my lady and I a good night's rest. What I didn't like was that one of the three elevators was not operational. It took extra time to move throughout the hotel. The outside pool needed to be cleaned. If someone would please take some time to clean the pool of small amounts of debris ; guests would have a better experience.

Great location -- a couple of blocks off of Dupont Circle but with *excellent* driving access, because Rock Creek Park has both north and south-bound entrances from P Street. Staff were quite nice & helpful -- front-desk, restaurant, and others. Room was affordable and generously sized Poor room layout -- large amounts of unoccupied space yet only a tiny desk, no sitting area/comfortable chairs, and so on. While not terrible, room decor not to our taste. Our room also had fewer windows and more supporting columns than in published pictures; however the front desk staff gave us a corresponding price discount without demur

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and responsive. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around Washington. The gym was well equipped, and the à la carte breakfast was excellent. The double beds were a bit small for two people. The Wi-Fi was also quite slow unless you joined the hotel's loyalty program to access the faster connection.

Beds were comfortable, staff was nice. Rooms were large, especially for a family of four. Swimming pool only had ladders which were hard to get out of if one has mobility issues. It was not 100% accessible. It would have been better with steps. I probably will not stay here again because of that. I want a pool that I can truly access.

Close to the DuPont Circle metro station Elevators were too small. Barely fits a luggage cart, more than 4 people is uncomfortable and felt dangerous. Waited over 10 minutes for an elevator that wasn’t at capacity. Staircase signs should be more visible
