The property was good except the parking was hard. The stalls are very narrow and myself and the person next to me were having problems getting in our cars. I had to park next to some palms which made it really hard. The location is good for daytime walking but a little out of the way if you want to go to the Boardwalk and then walk home at night. See above, sorry. I loved the room! It was so peaceful and the fireplace in my room took the coldness of the morning away. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very large. It was a great room. Free water bottles, soda and snacks.

The location is excellent! I wish we had more time to explore the area. I loved the idea of being in a Victorian home and our attic rom was spacious. The room and lobby amenities were stocked and a nice sitting area is downstairs for reading. there's a nice glass cabinet with relics from the past. The hosts provide a list of restaurants to visit, but it needs updating as a few of them have closed permanently. The outdoor seating is lovely, but it could be cleaned up a bit.

This was previously a mansion that was turned into a hotel. It's a unique place that has separate buildings and multiple rooms in each building that share a common area. The price was a little high, but overall my partner and I were pleased with our stay at the Rio Vista Inn. The driveway to get into one of the parking lots was super tight and narrow, but we were able to successfully navigate it without scratching the car.

The rooms are nice, well decorated. Comfortable. Room we stayed in, the bathroom needed some repair. the shower head leaked, the shower door leaked to the floor, and evidence of long term neglect (water leak) showed on the floor and baseboard. The air conditioner struggled to maintain the room temperature. The Inn would save money on energy with a ceiling fan investment.

Charming, restored Victorian, keeping historical architectural touches, yet with updated facilities. Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Our particular room lacked a table or desk and regular chairs, so there was nowhere to sit and organize paperwork.

The management went above the highest score I could give.. they accommodated my early check in and found my red hat after I checked out. I can't say enough of management that they are 10 stars.
