I like how clean the room was and comfortable. Shower pressure decent. They have a microwave and fridge. The snacks and drinks in the lobby were affordable, not too overpriced. It's conveniently near so many restaurants and shopping centers. They also have an outside patio and gym. Love being able to park two vehicles for free that was a bonus. The staff wasn't as friendly or inviting. One girl in particular looked and acted as if she hated her job. She was unnecessarily rude and lacked professional work ethics. When working the front desk, it's best to have people who know how to make the guest feel welcomed and seen. That's what keeps them coming back, hotels are all about hospitality, and this hotel doesn't have it.

Bubble-jet bath tub worked excellent. Toilet is sparkle clean and the seat was nicely heated. The entire bathroom is very well sanitized and maintained. From the photos provided on booking.com, we expected our Japanese style breakfast but it was only for customers with their company's reservation but is available for extra $18. I had to use Laundry Machine/Dryer but the small laundry room was rusty, dusty and not very clean. all the machines were outdated. One of two washing machines there was a sock stuck by the lid from the beginning to the end, not cleaned and soaked. The Dryer worked fine but medium heat was still very hot.

I liked the heated toilet. I liked the location because it was not a lot of foot traffic outside. I didn’t have any warm water in the bathroom faucet. The shower barely had warm water. The ice maker didn’t work on our floor. I had to go to the second floor for ice. The parking spots were a little on the small side.

Like staying at this hotel. BUT the prices have been getting really expensive lately and that is why I have find a cheaper place to stay and that is why I have not been staying there lately. I am a contractor and it is hard to pay high prices...
