I've stayed in most of the motels around the Torrance Cultural Arts Center. This is usually the cheapest one. It is also more worn out than the other ones, but it has everything I need so I would say it's a good deal. The other motels in the area are nicer. The WiFi isn't great, as expected for a budget hotel.
