Large room Check-in - When I signed up for this room I asked for a ground floor room and a rollaway. When I checked in I was given a 3rd floor room and told the rollaway was an extra $20. I had received an email stating my requests would be met - but no mention of an extra charge. Chek in young man was adament - he changed the room but would not let me escape the extra charge. No sympathy, concern - just "Pay me". So I did! I had no choice. (I will be disputing the additional charge) When we got to the room it was on the 1st floor - still stairs to climb. We stayed here for just one night while traveling along the California coast. The check-in process was quick, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed for a good night’s rest was available. After a long day of driving, it was exactly what we needed. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly There was nothing major to complain about. It is a simple hotel without many extra amenities, but it served its purpose perfectly for an overnight stay

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I think Ive ever slept in. The floors were actually clean, no black socks! 2 queen bed rooms were massive, could have fit 2 more queen beds comfortably.
