Breakfast was good. The trash was left from the previous guest. The trash bin that was located under the coffee maker in the room was filled to the brim with trash. I asked the front desk to clean the room first thing in the morning and the clerk assured me it would be clean and no one cleaned our room...... Room was super stuffy. I wish the windows would open up just a little bit to get fresh air in the room. The room would get freezing cold or really hot. There was no in between because of the ventilation.

My kids loved the space of the room, the idea that they were able to drink hot chocolate at any time. I loved that they had coffee choices. We were in the first floor and the people staying in the second floor were too loud and too late, 2-3 AM to be exact. The shower area is one straight floor with only curtains and the water went all over the place that we had to used the towels to prevent the water to go outside the bathroom. The WiFi did not work.

Had a problem with the booking through Booking.com The manager made sure we got the rooms we needed. The rooms were large and had a large bathroom area. Breakfast was good every morning. Lots of variety of choices to eat. Staff was kind andhelpful. That we had to pay for Parking when we left. Where else were we to Park?

Very close to where we were going, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. 1. Bathroom tub needed to be cleaned better. 2. The lady who was at the desk the day we left was very stand offish and kind of rude. The general staff was great.
