The location was easy to find. The staff that checked me in was very rude. She argued that a passport nor a military ID were valid forms of ID and demanded I give her a driver's license which I didn't have. The room was missing light bulbs in the lamps. The pool/whirlpool were in need of repairs with broken tiles and jets that did not work. Additionally, the water temperature was no where near hot, lukewarm at best.

Close to everything and the staff was nice It needs some updates the hot tub did not work and was not hot the jets did not work. And the tile around the hot tub was falling apart. The beds was small they was suppose to be 2 queen beds but they was the size of full. This was not up to the choice hotels I usually stay at. The light in the room didn't work and the light out side the door flickered all the time as well

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and quickly brought a hairdryer to our room when we told them the one in the room was broken. They were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and not far from the US Space and Rocket Center, which we enjoyed visiting. The air conditioner/heater controls did not seem to respond properly.

They charge you an extra fee of $100. Then say it’s for if you damage the space or break any rules they keep if not then they will give you a refund in 7-10 days !!! I feel this is poor customer service or you should let your customer know about this fee before they book their staff , because had I known I wouldn’t have booked that hotel room
