I have stayed here many times to catched early flights however this stay was very disappointing. They put me on the 4 th floor. When I got up at 3:30am to get ready for my flight I had no hot water to shower and the water wasn’t draining properly....

The elevator was terrible. One did not operate and the other one ran extremely slow. It took 15 minutes to wait on the elevator and ride it up two floors

Convenience is primary when you have to board a flight at 5am … so you have to be in line at security at 4am! VERY comfortable beds, clean rooms. GOOD food in the Restaurant…
