The facility was great. The room was clean, and exactly as advertised. Pool was nice. Breakfast was nice. The staff front desk girl was difficult to work with. We needed an extra cot for our room which I mentioned when I checked in about 4:30pm. Staff checked me in and said that was no problem. Then when I came back at 11pm I had to go to the front deck to ask again. She was very nice and apologetic said she had forgotten, which was fine. The problem was she had me follow her all over the building trying to find it so I could help her, but she had no idea where it was. I finally asked if I could wait in my room while she called her boss, kinda had to push her into calling someone because she was j

We had a new employee, his first night I believe, so check in didn't go real smooth and by 6:30 for breakfast, we were still waiting for other employee to come in to get it started. He definitely was overwhelmed. Should of had some assistance that early in employment. Good luck to him.
