The room was spotless; the scenery was excellent - a modern facility in an old time location! A couple of good dining options within walking distance. The reservation said breakfast was included; in reality, it was only a $10 credit person on a fairly expensive menu that didn't start serving anything until after 8:00. The young staff did not seem very knowledgeable about simple things like take away breakfast. When the coffee shop did open, the wait staff was 1st in line to get silly beverages - not impressed.

Beautiful property on Lake Como. The rooms were decorated beautifully with a calming blue color. The beds were very comfortable. Convenient coffee, shop, and restaurant on property. Balcony with the view of Lake Como so relaxing at sunset. Very little to complain about at this facility. During the week they offer a continental breakfast in the lobby, which was very nice and very good. However, a few of the staff weren’t aware of the start time after we asked numerous times.
