The pool was nice . The hotel is in a great area . Jaspers looked really good but I didn’t get to try it bc the parking was a problem (I arrived at dinner time ) and both lots were at capacity . Amazing facility for disabled guests - large room and actually functional shower / bathroom . The woman on duty offered to move her car so I could park my large van ; but I left to have dinner at the local winery and returned later was able to find a spot then . Parking is a problem if you have an oversized vehicle . I had to leave and return later for the restaurant traffic to leave /vacate the lots. My bathroom shower had hair in the drain which grossed me out . Otherwise I had a good stay

location, price, and convenience.. close to pretty much everything fitness center had no way to clean equipment, our bathtub in room didn’t drain at all, front desk staff lady basically didn’t say anything except asking for an ID and CC- didn’t give any direction about breakfast next morning, where anything was in hotel, how to get to room, where or how long the restaurant was open, and never got an explanation of what was being charged to my card or the amount of hold there was to it.. also even though there was a paper stating they were working on cable for televisions, there was no other way to watch literally anything unless you had an hdmi cable to hook

There was no guide for the TV meaning you had to scroll through all the channels to find a station you wanted to watch. The TV did not include a Guide, but even a written guide would have been appreciated. The only breakfast hours were posted in the elevator. A room guide would have been helpful.

The underground parking was wonderful to have as all six days we had ice and snow to deal with so nice coming out to a car that was free of ice and snow. The properly was centrally located with lots of good restaurants nearby and it was very nice...

The location of this hotel was perfect. It was in walking distance to the downtown. The rooms were large with plenty of space and the heated underground parking garage was a plus during the snowing winter days that I was there.
