Room was clean and comfortable! Pool and hot tub were very nicely sized and very warm! The clerk that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. She told me where to park, when breakfast was and that the pool was still open until midnight. The morning clerk, not so much. She let the breakfast run low and empty on the eggs, and when she finally came out to fill them at the request of another guest, she was playing music on her phone that disrupted all of our conversations or quiet reflections at the tables. She just acted like she was there to take care of herself and not her guests. That was my only negative experience here. Parking was great and close to my room access. Air conditioning kept me quite cool overnight and the bed was very comfortable. Location was okay. A little far from where I was spending time on the canal, but if you like to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is a good quiet and safe location!

Nice lobby. Quiet place to stay. Friendly staff. We were near the end of the hall and a couple of times we felt like there were shady characters hanging out in the hallway that led to the outside door near our room. I'm not sure why they'd just be standing around there.
