This is our second time staying here. It’s close to our out of town event. It’s peaceful, comfortable and clean. Will, the front desk employee was exceptionally great! He was so professional, helpful, kind and charismatic. A real gem! We enjoyed the indoor pool area, but the hot tub seats were really rough on the skin. Minor… I know

The property was exceptional. Staff was friendly, and the place was clean. Dinner dining had a nice touch. The breakfast is provided was not up to par. Pancakes were hard breakfast overall was cold. I would change the selection, adding a self serve waffle maker to boost the experience and add warmers.

Room was nice Still waiting on the hotel to call me back and refunding my third room charge. I only reserved two rooms and they charged me for three. Would not recommend this hotel due to the confusion on this. It's been a month and I'm still waiting. I have made several phone calls to the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was among the best I’ve ever experienced, featuring excellent eggs and incredibly fresh fruit. William was especially helpful—he promptly brought us extra blankets when we needed them and answered all of our questions with care.
