The rates were cheap. The cleanliness of everything. It seemed every where you looked it was dirty. There was a safe in the room but no key to use it. We stayed 2 nights and no housekeeping was offered. We had 1 small garbage can in our room. It was difficult to get ahold of the front desk person. The continental breakfast was absolutely terrible. Worse we have probably ever had. The pool needed a cleaning and the water was so extremely cold that we could not use it. The pool room itself was not clean. The hotel did not prioritize customer comfort or any kind of “welcome to our hotel” mentality for its guests. Howe

Good and quiet location right off the highway. Customer service was neither good nor bad. The room did not feel clean. The lamps by the bed and night stand did not work. The only lights that worked was by the television and by the door next to the bathroom. In the middle of the night the smoke alarm starting beeping; contacted the staff and the battery was promptly changed.

Convenient to get to from highway Room was falling apart. Ac unit was loud and inefficient. Room smelled like mold and rotten trash because of refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was paltry at best . Not as described. The walls and floors were dirty.

Liked that it was easy to check in Two fridges and no coffee maker for some reason. The pillows were yellow and TV was outdated and couldn't get the remote to work. Breakfast was very sad only thing edible was the waffles.
